Spanish Classes Glasgow

Live Language offers Spanish courses in Glasgow for you to learn or improve your language skills. Our Spanish courses are designed to provide you with the skills and language knowledge you need to be able to use Spanish in a variety of situations.
For course info and prices see tabs above.
If you are learning Spanish for travelling around Spain or Latin America, working or living in a Spanish speaking country, or just because you love the culture and their people, these courses will help you develop the knowledge to use Spanish in context and communicate with native speakers as well as other speakers of Spanish as a foreign language.
Our classes are small to ensure that you get the highest level of attention from your teachers. The classes are taught in a communicative way and integrate  all aspects of Spanish including grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation with speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
You can read the learning outcomes for each level here.
Our experienced teachers are Spanish native speakers from Spain and Latin America. Our Spanish teachers use a communicative methodology, which gives you the maximum amount of time to practise Spanish in a friendly environment. Please note that even though we aim to have communicative Spanish classes, our teachers are also fluent in English, so if you have any questions or doubts, our Spanish teachers can always explain it in English.
Don't worry if you miss a class or two. You can book 30 min Catch up private lessons with your teacher for only £15. Maximum 4X 30 min lessons can be booked per term per student. Lesson has to be paid at least 24hours in advance and no cancellation is possible with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Our school wants to ensure you are in a personalised class and have enough time to practise your language skills in it. The minimum number of students for a foreign language class is 5 and the maximum number is usually 12 (14 in popular classes) Please note the school requires sufficient student numbers to start a class. If your class does not have the minimum number of students, you will be contacted to offer options for you to continue learning, however, some classes may be subject to cancellation.
If you have a more specific goal, a different schedule for your course or would like to learn Spanish more intensively, you can join our private and semi-private classes. You can find more information about Private and Semi-Private classes here. If you are not sure of your level, you can try to go through our Level test

Testimonial from a Live Language student:

“Well what can I say? I spent two terrific weeks studying Spanish at level A2 in Madrid. The school was recommended to me by my Language school at home. ..The classrooms are clean bright and comfortable. .. There were chill out areas and a couple of laptops for general use. Of course there is wifi there too.

Accommodation in a flat nearby the school was great. 5 minute walk in the morning…stopping for breakfast of course on route. I originally wanted a self contained apartment but they were not available at time of booking so I stayed in a room with private bathroom and shower which worked out much better because the owner of the apartment was SO nice and talked to me all the time in Spanish which was so helpful.

My teacher (Lucia) was so hard working, friendly, kind and so tolerant and encouraging of my bumbling Spanish. The feedback I got from other students who had other teachers was also v positive. The other staff in the school were all so helpful and easy to approach.

Social activities were terrific, well organised, interesting, fun and a great way to get to know Madrid, Spain and it’s culture. It was also a great way to make new friends with other students.

I was a little apprehensive at before I went, but after I was in class for 5 minutes I just totally relaxed and enjoyed the whole two weeks. So much so that I plan to return in April 2016 for more.

Thanks so much for a terrific experience !!! Hasta luego.” Tony, 2015, October
